Upholstered Drop Arm Wheeled Commode

The chair gives me the ability to transport my client to the washroom giving ease of regular toileting opposed to at bedside. The issue I have is that the wheels are not smooth when making the transition across carpet to tile floor difficult for the users. Caution and strength is required to make the transition into the bathroom , needing a push. I think the wheels really need to be made larger. Locking and unlocking the wheels requires effort and bending. At times the toilet seat moves up when sitting on it as it just clips to the bar and can tip and lift. The commode does the trick to access the cleaning of the client.
