In order to process your order without delays it is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information as well as a current email address and phone number where you can be reached in the event of a shipping address issue.  Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a reliable shipping address. If a Canada post tracking confirmation, or Courier tracking confirmation indicates that an order has been delivered, then we are not responsible for re-shipping or a refund of the order, if it has been lost. We will ship your order to the address EXACTLY as it is input on our website, therefore orders returned to us undelivered due to customer input error will not be re-shipped without a form of payment to cover new shipping costs.

Treatment Tables Delivery Option 

CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY! (Inside truck delivery is not available)

Curbside Truck Delivery

• Covers the cost of the transportation and truck lift gate
• The truck driver will unload the treatment table from the truck only (Charges for requesting inside truck delivery will be paid by the customer) 

Firstly, your table will be delivered through appointment delivery. This means that the freight company will contact you to arrange the date and time of the delivery of your table. The delivery will ALWAYS be curbside tailgate delivery, UNLESS your business has a loading dock. If you do not have a loading dock, the freight company will simply leave the table curbside at your place of business and it is your responsibility to bring the table inside your establishment. The driver will not help you. Please be aware that this table is extremely heavy and you will need multiple people (4-5) to move this table around.

If, for any reason, you are unable to accept delivery at the established time, additional costs will be incurred. There is a $50 storage fee PER DAY that the freight company will charge for having to bring the table to their warehouse. Then, there is another $200 fee to reschedule and reattempt delivery on another day. It is your responsibility to pay for these fees should they come up.

Business locations will be delivered during business hours, for deliveries after hours, extra charges will be applied and paid for by the customer.
