Good quality & friendly staff

I spoke with Representative prior to ordering the part needed for my daughter's walker. Representative was informative, professional, honest, courteous! I ordered the part online as per Representatives direction. The wheel arrived in a timely manner; good quality! My husband changed the wheel and now the walker functions just like new! Our daughter is pleased the walker is more functional and has enjoyed her independence once again!
