Wires pull out of pads too easily

The wires are good. The pads are good.
BUT the wires are insufficiently attached to the pads. They rely on their attachment to the electrode and do not have a strain relief . Other brands do not lose their electrical connection because they have a better design where the wires are firmly attached to the complete pad and do not rely solely on the small joint to the electrode.
