How to Measure:
While standing with your knee slightly bent, take these 3 measurements:
- Centre - circumference of the knee (at midpoint of kneecap)
- Thigh - circumference of your thigh (6 inches above the centre of kneecap)
- Calf - circumference of your calf (6 inches below the centre of kneecap
Take the measurement of your thigh and calf 6" above and below your kneecap using a flexible type tape measure. Use the diameter you measure here to choose your size.
