It's an excellent pillow and supportive pillow (I have osteoarthritis and was in severe pain) - don't get discouraged. It takes time to get used to it, and then you won't want anything else!

What a difference for my neck and shoulder pain! I always go to sleep on one of my sides and turn on my back during the night. This pillow puts me in the right position as I turn and I don't wake up. The price is great and free delivery too! Saw it elsewhere but it cost much more. Thanks.
